Overall an outstanding 5/5. They have an amazing team. The drivers are extremely skilled, vehicles are extremely comfortable (probably the most important factors for a memorable trip in Sikkim). They take care of all the permits needed. They know the challenges faced in Sikkim and take proper care of tourists. Extremely flexible, especially if you're looking at a few non touristy options to cover as part of your itinerary. We went all the way to zuluk and back to Gangtok in a single day for instance. They accommodate based on the interests of the tourists and provide their expert guidance on top. I would suggest to go with Offbeat Sikkim without a second thought. A huge shoutout to our driver Suman Chettri, amazing skill and personality that lit up our trip.

No matter how well we plan our journeys, there's bound to be some amount of uncertainty with all the moving parts associated with travel and things beyond our control. And traveling with the family to far off locations for the first time, adds an additional dose of anxiety.
My wife planned the whole trip and co-ordinated with Mr. Dev for a detailed itinerary. Still we encountered situations which needed change of plans, be it the vehicle, driver, room or something else. While the overall trip was quite relaxing with no anxiety about arranging things, the best part was how patient and accommodating Mr. Dev had been through the entire trip.

I have come across Offbeat destination Travels on Google and have booked my vacation with them for Gangtok and pelling.
There services are awesome and his humanitarian quality is incredible.
He was soo much concerned of our well being and vacation that the owner himself used to call everyday to make sure everything is going well.
And the amazing part is he never disturbed anyone of us for payment.
After the completion of the trip in the past day we made the full payment and he was ok with it.
And he didn't even asked me for it in the first day.
He didn't even mentioned about the payment.

The arrangements of whole journey is too good to express in word. Without knowing anything and anyone of them I just took a risk to believe them and went to sikkim with my family along with 2 aged person. The driver was also excellent and guide us throughout journey. I just planned 5 days 4 night sikkim tour with them. They took whole responsibility of this tour and without any headache we successfully completed the trip with a good experience. Dev bhaiya planned the whole trip in a best way with comfort car and Well maintained hotel bookings !
We have roamed around Gangtok,Natula pass,tsongmo lake,baba mandir, Lachen, Yamthang valley, Zero point, lake etc.,from Dec 6 to Dec 11.
We opted for Xylo car with good driver Sunil bhaiya who is very helpful, jolly type and punctual in his timings !
He picked us from Siliguri and dropped at Bagdogra airport !
Our trip was hassle free and enjoyed alot just bcoz of Dev bhaiya's well planning with affordable price and Sunil bhaiya's best driving skills !

Just came back from a 7 night 8 days tour of Sikkim.I was a bit sceptic in the beginning about how it would all go but thanks to Dev ji who made all the efforts to make it memorable. Despite having quite a demanding schedule and offbeat places we didnot face a single issue and it all went very smooth.

Excellent service offered by offbeat destination travels. I booked an Innova for 6 days. Mr Devi ji planned our iterinary so well considering that I was travelling with elderly people and a kid. The car offered was almost new and was in excellent condition. Needless to say the driver Sangay Tenzing was highly professional with his approach and ensured we covered all the places. His driving skills are highly exceptional. Devi ji also used to follow up at regular intervals to see if the trip was going all smooth. I have taken a 6N &7D sikkim and darjelling package with offbeat, they have covered entire sikkim and Darjeeling. They have provided excellent service , taken care of all hotels and permits.Drivers are well qualified for ghat road driving and staff were in regular touch through out the tour. I recently took a 11 Nights/12 Days Sikkim and Darjeeling trip from Offbeatdestination (Mr. Devi Chetri). I have been immensely impressed by the overall arrangement by Mr. Chetri. He booked good hotels in Gangtok, Lachung, Pelling, Darjeeling and Siliguri. Driver Sunil was very skilled and helped us throughout the entire journey. The journey was quite amazing! Driver Sunil took us to all the good spots and gave us enough time to cover each of them. Also we changed our itinerary a little bit at the last moment but Mr. Devi Chetri quickly helped to book the Darjeeling hotel within a very short time. Overall, I will give an excellent rating for Offbeatdestination as my experience is really very good with them. I am going to recommend offbeat to my friends and colleagues and I myself will take a another trip with Offbeat once Lachen road re-opens. My wife and I did a 4 day and 5 nights Sikkim tour with Offbeat Sikkim. We had an excellent time. We had selected the places and the tour operator had meticulously arranged the cab and lodging for the trip. He was kind and would call frequently to inquire if everything was going smooth and was ready to help in case of discomfort or a deviation from our expectations. The cab driver was good too - he was easygoing and would stop frequently for us to take pictures.

If u go sikkim, darjeeling, u must take a tour from this agency for highly professional and qualified hill terrain drivers and tension free enjoyment of the tour.
I must say Daju DEVI CHANDRA CHETRI ji and SUNIL bhai is very cooperative, highly soft-spoken which makes ur travelling feels like home.

Offbeat destination is a trusted tour operator. We conducted our study tour for 40 people from 17/02/2024 to 21/02/2024. Mr Deep Chettri is so nice and Committed. He has given us very good price. No other tour operator can give. Cover all silk rout points. Hotel , food , vehicles, behaviour of drivers, hotel staff was just amazing. Mr Devi Chettri was extremely helpful and always available. He would personally call up to check every morning and evening to ensure that our day went smoothly. In fact, in one of the locations, he called the higher ups in the hotel and got us bed warmers which was not provided to us initially. The locations that he suggested were very beautiful and the hotels were 3 stars and plus as committed by him. Our trip was memorable because of him.
